Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hola@sealasol.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
Care & Wear Disclaimer
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, exposure to water, chemicals, or improper care are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
