The Beginning
The idea for Sea La Sol first came to life during a spontaneous trip to Puerto Rico.
While walking the shoreline each morning along Shacks Beach, coffee in hand and searching for shells, the inspiration struck: to create jewelry that captured the feeling of being by the ocean.
That same trip sparked another declaration — to learn to surf. Both dreams eventually came true and continue to shape the spirit of Sea La Sol today.
What began as handcrafted pieces made for friends and family slowly grew into something more. After gifting necklaces to a group of surf sisters on a return trip to Puerto Rico, the pieces quickly gained attention back home on the North Carolina coast — and Sea La Sol was born.

The natural variation in these materials ensures that each design carries its own character and individuality, just like the ocean itself.
